Summer Fair

Next Summer Fair:

 5th July 2025 

Our Summer Fair is one of our biggest fundraising events of the year and is usually held on the first Saturday of July.  

The 2024 Summer Fair raised £3220.

As this is an outdoor event (weather pending), we go big on the activities, with our dedicated staff creating and running over 10 different games including a splash zone... something for all ages.  Play to earn stamps, then take your stamp sheet to our prize hut and swap them for a prize or prizes of your choice.  The more stamps you collect, the more prizes you can choose.

In addition to  games, our Summer Fair usually includes:

• Hot food 

• Drinks

• Tombola's

• Crafts

• Raffle

• Face painting

• Ice creams

• Inflatables (bouncy castle and slide)

We have space for external stalls at our Summer Fair so, if you'd like to be considered for a spot, you can contact us to express interest or find out more.   

We also have space for sponsorship of our Summer Fair, where will will advertise your business on our posters whether they be physical or on social media/website. If you would like to know more about sponsorship, please contact lucia@culverspta.co.uk Spaces are limited.

HELP WANTED
We are always in need of more volunteers for our fairs, so look out for pleas for help when the next one is being planned!  

There are normally meetings to plan in the months leading up to the summer fair which is usually held in July with extra discussion and preparation taking place at Coffee Mornings.  Please look out for meeting dates from around February.
