Meeting 30/01/26

Mothers Day flowers

• Originised by Felicity. Was originally going to do the lego key chains but decided to try something different.

• A letter has been sent home and we have already received around 60 orders. 

• The filament has been ordered and any left over, Felicity and Lucia have said they will buy back so there is no loss to the PTA.

• There is also a cost to buy the licence to the print.

• There are quite a few options like mummy, mum, grandma and nanny etc. There is also a blank option (no wording).

Dates for the diary

• 13th February nursery disco

• Easter Egg draw 26th March - will be looking for good deals. Asda already has deals for £1 eggs which are what we call the samll size.

• Disco 4th June

Krispy Kreme's

• Laura and Emma have volunteered to run this. Approx 4-5 volunteers are needed as it is very busy.

• Proposed date 30th April. 

• FL checked date with Mr David post meeting and he will take a look and confirm.

Stay and Play

• Laura would like to run a monthly stay and play. Either a Wednesday or Friday. 9-10. Small cost.

• Focus is about buildng community rather than raising funds. 

• FL shared the proposal with Mr David post meeting and he will look into it.

Sensory Garden

Mr David spoke to Lucia regarding the PTA funding for a sensory garden. Lucia has asked him to get a quote and this can be then discussed with the PTA committee.
