Fernando has offered to play the piano if his wife is not working


    Jo has designed the stamp sheet 

          Kids to get 1 stocking toy, 1 Santa toy and certificate

Will also set up a 'Take a selfie' - Felicity will buy photo frame for this


After the meeting, Jo W thought this would be better in the staff room as it is quite a good size room which is needed.

Laura - hoping to get a voucher from play at the bridge, no answer from Hackbridge businesses. 

     Lucia to approach Hackbridge businesses and some on Rubes and wine shop on Carshalton High street

     Shabana - to look into tattoo shop on Green Wrythe

Felicity to look into to getting one donated for 'guess the name'. If we cannot get a donation we won't run this.


Consider biscuits/donuts for staff room on following Monday as thankyou

    These will be put on the classroom doors. In the past it has been the usual volunteers that sign up

Lucia will ask Mr David if we can start at 3:15pm like the non-uniform sale

Successful in terms of number of children attending

Lack of volunteers made managing the tattoos (KS1) and LED rings (KS2) challenging

Without more volunteers, we may need to consider whether this event can run in May

Beth did raise the concern of how money was deposited into the account as from a Treasurer point of view, individual payments would increase the work for the treasurer. Therefore need to look at this in detail.
