Disco
Successful in terms of number of children attending
Lack of volunteers made managing the tattoos (KS1) and LED rings (KS2) challenging
Without more volunteers, we may need to consider whether this event can run in May
Lucia thanked Felicity to spending some time making the website more user friendly in particular sorting out the meetings
Lucia and Felicity have been exploring a site called PTA events to run events like the disco to reduce work for members in terms of creating lists, collecting money.
Beth did raise the concern of how money was deposited into the account as from a Treasurer point of view, individual payments would increase the work for the treasurer. Therefore need to look at this in detail.
Laura suggested we look at google docs
Next meeting: 21st Nov 2025
