Open Meetings

Volunteer Meetings - 13th September 2024

We are holding a meeting to share information about the various volunteer positions we would like to fill this year, including committee and non-committee roles. 

For example, we would like individuals or teams to take responsibility for:

• Discos (DBS check is required)

• Coffee Mornings

• Pre-loved Uniform Sale

• Ice Cream Sales

• Krispy Kreme Sales

• Raffles

• Sponsorships and Grants

• Volunteering

• Website and Social Media

• Health and Safety

At the meeting, we will outline what each role entails and answer any questions. If you think you might be interested, or would like to find out more about volunteering in general, please join us in the Community Room on Friday 13th September. If you are unable to attend, you can contact us for information instead.

Open Meeting - Friday 13th September 2024

The next Open Meeting will be held in the school Community Room, straight after the AGM which begins at 10:30.

Everybody is welcome to attend and you can bring children with you.

If you'd like to add something to the agenda or won't be able to attend but would like somebody to speak on your behalf, please contact us by 6th September.
