ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

1. Welcome

2. Chair’s Report

Introduction to the PTA for new members. We discussed our fundraising efforts over the past year. Our main fundraisers continue to be the Summer and Christmas Fairs. These bring in most of the money made over the year and smaller events - Discos, Uniform Sales and weekly Ice Cream Sales in the summer keep us going. Krispy Kreme sale was a great success.

We discussed possible future contributions to the school towards Key stage 1 Library, trips, planetarium experiences, year 6 final party.

We’re looking forward to hearing new ideas, and what would be very helpful would be offers to project manage them alongside the proposals.

A big thanks to everyone involved over the past year and we are hopeful to strengthen the team going forward.

3. Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s Report was given.

Lucia commented that we have had great success funding things over the year. Our Finances are good with £15,100 held in accounts at the start of the school year.
