This will be a Christmas Planning Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once a year, usually in September/October, to review the previous year and elect the committee for the current year.  

As per our constitution, the elected committee meets a minimum of three times per year.

In addition, we hold Open Meetings once a month (apart from August and July) and usually hold these at Coffee Morning. These are informal and friendly meetings and children are welcome to attend with you.  

Typically, Open Meetings last around half an hour, but it can  vary depending on how much we want to discuss.  

When we have a Christmas Fair or Summer Fair to organise, we hold three sub-committee meetings in the run-up to the event.  Dates for these meetings will be advertised once fair dates are confirmed.

There may be small meetings for other events such as discos and raffles, advertised where appropriate.
