There are some great resources available online.
Parentkind
Our association is a member of Parentkind, which is a charity that supports PTAs and Friends Associations, by providing advice, resources and insurance. If you are an active volunteer with us, you can sign up to the Parentkind website for access to members-only content such as guidance on running events and poster templates, but there are also free resources for non-members too.
PTA+
This is an initiative run by Community Inspired, which is a social enterprise that exists to support PTAs, families and schools. The PTA+ website has loads of freely available fundraising ideas as well as guides to running different events.
PTA Magazine
This is published by PTA+. You can subscribe to the print edition (£15 for one year/3 issues) or access the digital edition and back issues for free. It contains fundraising ideas, success stories from other associations and lots of other content aimed at PTAs. Each issue also has giveaways that everybody can enter.
