Summer Fair

• 11th July 11am-2pm

• 10 games - list has been put in the staff room for teacher volunteers

• Wristband pre-sale - 26th June after school

• Kitchen - Both Alison and Hazel are unavailable. Unsure whether we can run the kitchen as normal. Maybe just snacks and drinks.

• Facepainting - early years to so as usual

• Poster for donation days will be put out shortly - to go on social media and emailed from school

Disco

• Disco was not as smooth as normal.

• Sharing afternoon was organised for same day and the hall was used. This was challenging DJ starts setting up from 2pm in the hall.

• Date - having it after half term was not ideal. Too many children had their attendance accpeted late by different teachers. This makes it difficult as class lists are produced and pom bears need to be bought which is why ther cut off is a few days prior. 

• £100 will be a prize for the raffle as we receved £250 donation at start of academic year. £150 was used for the Christmas fair.

Thermomix

• A thermomix represtentaive has contacted Lucia. They will offer a thermomix as a prize in excahge for holding a demo at the schhol. We must have 25 people attend.

Events

• Choir Afternoon 24th June 3:45-4:45

School has requested that the PTA run a tea/coffee/biscuits stand.

Committee happy to support but this must be chargable as free tea/coffee/biscuits is not covered under the constitution.

• Sports day 7th and 8th July 9:30:11:30

Commitee was happy to support a stand in Watercress park. Parents to pay for any drinks/snacks.
