Funding Requests

• Science day - request for £650 for 'Curious About Science Workshops. Cost is for whole school. Approved by committee. Approved by committee.

• Year 4 - request for £390. Morden Hall Park trip. Approved by committee.

• Year 1 - request for £582.40 to subside trip to Tonbrige Castle. Approved by committee.

Events

• Ice-cream sales start today. Will do each Friday pending weather and volunteers til end of year. 

• Krispy Kreme sale next Thursday. Pre-orders closes today.

• Disco 4th June. Confirmed post meeting with Mr David this will be a non-uniform day.

Summer Fair

• 11th July. Remaining on a Saturday for this Summer Fair and will consider Friday afternoon for the next Christmas Fair.

• Wristbands will be used again. Lucia to check if we need to order.

• Prize hut will be donations

• Teddy tombola

• Face painting - early years to run

• Water game - decided to use sponges only to allow for unlimited goes and more enviromentally friendly. Kids to have 3 goes and then they go to the back of the line if they wish to have another go.

• Choir - Miss Dicey has confirmed. Also will be 'DJ Dicey' and have a dance area outside Year 4 classroom.

• Jo W to check whether Mr Davies would do story time  - Storyteller Tom.

• Games - ideas were shared. Would like to start having year groups take charge of games. Year 6 do the water game. Could Year 5 do the 'Human Fruit Machine' but instead of fruit, use balls. 

• Lucia to confirm the donation dates with Mr David.

• Jo was asked about where the wool comes from for the crochetting. Kids bring it from home. Was suggested PTA could ask for donations.
