Christmas Fair planning meeting 8th Nov 2024
Attendees: Lucia, Felicity, Helianne, TBC
Agenda
· Krispy Kreme sale
30 dozen was ordered and sold = £135 profit
Drinks were also sold, approx 12 cans
The sale was slower than normal and this may have been due to being held on the same day as parent/teacher meetings and last day of term. Something to consider for next sale.
· Disco
Highly successful disco in terms of numbers. The number of children that attended was above the May 2024 disco which includes reception children and this one reception do not attend.
The glow bracelets were a popular addition. Feedback from Mrs Whitfield (Yr6 teacher) was this was popular and Yr6 had a good attendance relative to other discos.
