Summer Fair Planning Meeting 25/4/25

·       Ice-cream sales: Start 25th April Lucia will put a poll on what app group for volunteers

·       Disco – 22nd May, Masquerade theme. Price of £4 ticket, with all kids getting a mask. Will look at viability of using an online platform.

·       Tea towels – due to arrive 28th April

·       Flag – PTA to purchase a promotional type flag for outside the community room to indicate an event. Will be generic so can be used for all events.

Summer Fair - 5th July 11am-2pm

·       Theme is challenges with 10 different challenges (games) plus lego walk

·       Alison to happy to do the kitchen again with sausage rolls and chips

·       Wristband £10, with pre-sale 20th June £8. PAYG accepted per game.

·       Nerf games – 15mins sessions in the open university. Cost is £200 for 3 hrs. 26 kids per session. Session will be £2.50 pp. Pre-sale same day as wristbands otherwise pay on the day  if space available.

·       Plus, Ice creams, sweet tombola, raffle

·       Non uniform dates – 7/6 (£ donation), 27/6 (sweets), 4/7 (£ donation),
